What it is

A fixed twelve week strength program delivered by a phone app, plus four printables you can hold. You choose home dumbbells or a full gym, three days a week or four, and then you stop choosing anything.

  • One session on the screen at a time. No library to browse, no plan to interpret.
  • Eight movements carry the whole program, each written out in full.
  • A measurement check every two weeks so week five has an answer that is not the scale.

What actually goes
wrong in week three

You know how to work hard. That was never the problem. Three things end it, and they end it the same way every time.

01

You run out of decisions

Which exercise, what weight, push through the soreness or back off. A plan that needs interpretation needs willpower, and willpower is what runs out first.

02

You cannot tell if it is working

The scale moves the wrong way on a Tuesday and you have nothing else to look at, so you conclude nothing is happening. Something usually is. You just have no way to see it.

03

You miss a day and the plan punishes you

Most programs run on a calendar. Miss a week and you are staring at workouts you will never do. So you stop. Not with a decision to quit, but with a Tuesday you did not go.

You do not need
more discipline

You need a plan that survives a bad week. That is a design problem, not a character problem.

What most plans do

Lay twelve weeks on a calendar and tie every session to a date.

Miss four days and you are behind, with a backlog of workouts you will never make up.

The plan is now a record of your failure, so you delete it.

What this does

Numbers the sessions and hands you the next uncompleted one.

Miss four days, or four weeks, and the count does not move. Nothing is owed and nothing expires.

The plan waits. You pick it up exactly where you left it.

You do not restart.
You resume.

Thirty six sessions in order. Miss a Tuesday, miss a fortnight, come back in March. Your next session is still your next session, and the app says so when you open it.

Session 1Session 36
Session doneWeeks awayPicked up where you left off

Two gaps. Nothing deleted, nothing reset, no week marked lost. That is what ninety real days look like, and the app is built to expect it.

What changes

Four things, in the order most men notice them.

01

You stop negotiating with yourself

There is one session on the screen and no alternative to weigh it against. Most men report the decision fatigue going before anything physical does.

Because the program is fixed and the app shows one day at a time.

02

The lifts stop feeling foreign

Eight movements repeated for twelve weeks. By week four you are not reading the instructions any more, you are adding weight.

Because the exercise selection never changes, only the sets and reps.

03

You get a number that is not the scale

A waist measurement every two weeks, compared against Day 1. It moves when the scale is being unhelpful, which is most of the time.

Because the check-in compares to your baseline, not to yesterday.

04

A missed week stops being the end

The thing that ended every previous attempt becomes a gap in a grid. You come back and the next session is waiting.

Because sessions advance on completion, never on the calendar.

What you get

Five things, in the order you will actually use them.

Web app

The 90 day program

Opens in your phone browser and can be added to your home screen. Twelve weeks in four versions: home dumbbells or full gym, three days a week or four.

Removes the obstacle of not knowing what to do when you walk in.

8 written breakdowns

The form library

For each of the eight core lifts: how to set up, three things to focus on, the mistake almost everyone makes and how to fix it, and how to pick your starting weight.

Removes the obstacle of being afraid you are doing it wrong.

Printable, 1 page

The 12 week workout calendar

Your whole program on one page. Stick it where you will see it and check sessions off by hand.

Removes the obstacle of the plan living somewhere you forget to look.

Printable, 4 pages

The progress kit

How to measure, where to measure, and a Day 1 to Day 90 tracking table. Plus the two week questions that catch what a tape measure cannot.

Removes the obstacle of having no evidence except the scale.

Printable, 3 pages

Soft to Solid, the meal cheat sheet

Not a diet. One for one swaps you can make without changing what you eat, where you shop, or who you eat with. No calorie counting, no weighing food.

Removes the obstacle of thinking you have to overhaul your diet first.

The first thing
you will feel

Day 1 takes about ten minutes before you lift anything. You measure your waist, pick your track, and the app hands you session one.

That is the quick win, and it is deliberately small: for the first time you have a plan you do not have to think about again. Everything after that is repetition.

What it looks like

Three screens, which is most of the app. It is plain on purpose.

Why this exists

I built this because I have been the man it is written for. I started before, more than once, and stopped every time in roughly the same place. Not because the training was too hard, but because the plan asked me to make decisions I was not equipped to make, and then quietly punished me for a week I missed.

So the whole thing is built around the week you miss, rather than pretending you will not miss one.

Your progress saves on one device

There are no accounts in this version, which is why it opens instantly with no signup. It also means that if you clear your browser data or switch phones, your logged sessions do not come with you. Your printed progress kit does, and that is part of why it is in the box.

The form videos are not filmed yet

Every one of the eight lifts has a full written breakdown in the app today: setup, cues, common mistakes, how to pick your weight. The videos come later and you will get them at no extra cost. Better you know that now than on Day 1.

Questions

How long are the workouts?
About forty five minutes including the five minute warm up. Six exercises.
I have never lifted before. Is this too advanced?
It is built for someone who has never done it. The first four weeks are deliberately easier than you will want them to be, because the job in month one is showing up, not being sore.
What if I only have dumbbells?
You pick the home track at the start and get a twelve week program built for a pair of dumbbells, a mat and a chair. It is its own program, not a stripped down version of the gym one.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing happens. That is the whole design. Your next session is still your next session, and the app tells you so when you come back.
Is there an app to download?
No. It opens in your phone browser and can be added to your home screen, so there is no app store and no install.
Do I need to count calories?
No. The meal guide is a list of swaps and three rules. There are no calorie or macro numbers anywhere in the product.
How do I get it after paying?
You get an email with your link to the app and the four printable PDFs attached. Open the app, spend four minutes on your Day 1 measurements, pick your track, and your first session is on the screen.
What if it is not for me?
Email within thirty days and you get your money back. No questions and no forms.

I am not going to tell you how much weight you will lose. I do not know, and neither does anyone selling you a number. What I can tell you is what the program asks of you: three sessions a week, about forty five minutes, twelve weeks, and a tape measure every fortnight.

There is no deadline
on this page

No countdown, no closing cart, no price that goes up at midnight. The only real argument for starting now is that ninety days from today arrives whether you begin or not, and you would rather arrive there having done thirty sessions than none.

After you click you pay through Stripe, then get an email with your app link and the four PDFs attached. Day 1 takes about ten minutes.
